The flip manipulator which import from foreign advanced technology grabs bottles with accurate orientation, flip activities freely; the flushometer operates by means of piston oriented shaft seal, good sealing performance, long service life, blunt bottles with big strength and accurate to neutral washing.

The washing machine manipulator adopts SUS304 by stamping, precision casting process, center use straight teeth gear transition clamping form, make clip bottle, flip bottle, put bottle stable freely, make equipment really realize high speed, high quality, and high efficiency. Guide the slider, small gear wheel, idler wheel by using high quality POM materials, wear-resisting practical, spare parts with long service life. Material free of temperature changes.

Auger and drive plate for bottle in and out is supplied by machining center,excellent material with wear-resisting compressive; The bottle into the guide rail very accurate, solve the difficult problems of crowding bottle, blocking bottle, plugging bottle, breaking bottles.

Just press the lift button and replace corresponding drive plate according bottle diameter,then you can change different bottles with different diameter and height (customers should supply all the bottle diameter size).

The center of washing machine uses the cylindrical tube water valve distribution principle, the high quality nylon pipe link with each flushing valve to guarantee feeding and distributing water freely during the high speed rotating process.

 Bottles in,bottles crowded,lift limit position, drive plate device, the main motor start and etc..all of them with the limit travel protection switch and high instructions lights to ensure the safety production.
